I am so thankful for the loving care and attention that my mother, Dorothy Phillips, receives at Timeless Grace. Three years ago, my mother was needing more personal care than she was getting where she lived, so my husband and I planned to look at several facilities in the Picayune area. We heard so many good things about Timeless Grace that I looked there first and was so impressed that we didn’t look anywhere else.
Owner Rebecca Welch and her entire staff are dedicated to helping the residents feel at home and receive wonderful care. In three years, I have never seen a single caregiver there be impatient or unpleasant. They care for the residents with warmth, humor, and attention to detail. They know my mother so well that they are attuned to the slightest change in her, so that any problem (such as a medical issue) is addressed immediately.
Timeless Grace is well managed and clean, the food is excellent, family participation is encouraged, and entertainment and activities are varied and fun for the residents.
On December 21, 2019, Mother celebrated her 100th birthday there with a wonderful party, which Becky and her staff were a huge part of making so special!
We so appreciate Becky and her dependable staff for loving my mother and always treating her and the other residents with dignity and respect. I think one of our sons summed up our feelings when he made the following comment as he left Timeless Grace after visiting Mother there for the first time. He said, “I love this place! It feels like a home instead of a ‘facility’!”
